Do you descend from this ‘Harriet Pilon’? She wasn’t really a Pilon at all.
The relationship calculator I use says that I am Harriet Pilon’s granddaughter’s husband’s 1st cousin 3 times removed. Heh. Figure that one out.
What do you mean that she wasn’t really a Pilon at all?
What I I meant was that Harriet ‘Pilon ‘ was a daughter of François Pelland and Esther Sylvestre, who were married in St-Joseph-de-Maskinongé, QC 01 July 1834. Harriet was baptized 09 May 1840 in St. Michael the Archangel, Belleville ON. The family name Pelland got a little changed in Ontario and François Pelland ended up taking his siblings’ surname, which was Beausoleil and became Bosley. François Pelland became Frank Bosley. His mother had remarried after his father’s death and all his siblings were Beausoleils. Richard Pelland http://www.pelland.org
I’m also a descendant of John Frasier (my paternal grandmother was a Frasier). I also can’t find any additional information about his parents. Have you found any more info since you put together this tree?
Sorry Kelly. I don’t have any more information regarding John Frasier. If you find anything please be sure to come back and let me know.
